Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at marvel@leatherlake.se.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at marvel@leatherlake.se. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at marvel@leatherlake.se.
